Family Legacy is woven into what we do. We treat you like a valued member of our extended family and show that by respecting you and your property. Multiple times we've had a client say "you don't have to clean that up, we'll get it.” But we do anyway because it's part of our company culture. Which also leads clients to say "No other electrician company we hired before has ever done that.”
Finally James leads by example and emphasizes with our team the importance of upfront honesty, relationship building, and understanding individual client needs to offer custom tailored solutions rather than pushing unnecessary sales.

James Adams Jr, a 15-year distinguished military veteran, runs this Texas born family business. Being a licensed electrician runs in his family's DNA. James is 3rd generation electrician, his dad and grandpa also being. James walked a windy path before My Home Electrician was born. He got his degree in architecture and worked for 6 years as an architect before he realized "a desk job is not for me.”
So naturally he thought "military service sounds like a wonderful adventure." He learned valuable people skills, team building and leadership skills as a special operator. Upon leaving active service after his contract expired, he worked for his dad’s electrician company for a few years then realized his vision was to spread his wings and lead his own company and team.
